Concrete Flatwork

Flatwork surfaces include patios, walkways sidewalks, foundations, driveways and any other flat surface. Concrete is the choice material for flatwork due to how it can form a perfectly flat and even surface.

Flatwork is formed with a frame and a sub base made up of either rebar or aggregate rock. The sub base will strengthen the concrete and prevent cracks from forming under pressure and age.

I can work with you on your final products but would recommend either hard trowel, broomed, exposed, sand or stamped finishes.

Foundations

A foundation is a lower portion of building structure that transfers its gravity loads to the earth. Foundations are generally broken into two categories: shallow foundations and deepfoundations. A tall building must have a strong foundation if it is to stand for a long time.

Pavers

Pavers are paving stones, tile, brick, rock or brick-like pieces of concrete commonly used as exterior flooring. We can custom make concrete pavers by pouring a mixture of concrete and some type of coloring agent into a mold of some shape and allowing to set. Or you can choose pre-made pavers from any company to order and use, feel free to ask for recommendations.

Concrete Walls

Concrete walls are an eclectic category with options for everything: seat walls; decorative interior or exterior finishes; sound walls that abut a freeway; retaining walls to hold back the earth; to the very walls that comprise the exterior of a home.

Concrete Curbs & Planters

Concrete planters are both sturdy and attractive. Concrete curbs are a great way to tie your yard and walkways together.

Outbuildings

I can help design and build you a secondary structure such as a shed, barn, or garage, on the same property but separate from a more important one. I’ll help you work with your city/county with permits and include fees associated into my bid.

Fences

With many years of experience building all different types of fences we can absolutely work to come up with something you love!
